Sentry monitors application performance and error logging. It helps us identify and fix issues in real time, ensuring smooth and reliable operation by tracking logs and events to maintain optimal application functionality.

OpenAI is a subprocessor for customers who use the AI features. It provides AI generation and analysis when those optional in-app features are enabled.

Fora.day is a subprocessor for customers who use the meetings feature. It processes meeting transcripts, notes, and summaries when that optional in-app feature is enabled.

Plaid is a subprocessor for identity verification and watchlist screening. It processes identity documents, liveness checks, and sanctions screening when those compliance features are used.

Membrane is used as an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) to orchestrate and automate connections between our systems and third-party software, streamlining data workflows with enhanced security and scalability.
